At the end of each day, rate your dieting performance for the day. Did you meet your goals? Did you exercise? Did you eat healthy? Take some time to think about your performance and assign yourself a great between 1 and 10. 10 being the best score, you are extremely happy with your performance, 1 being the worst score, you had a bad day when it comes to your diet performance. Enter 0 if you are not assigning a score.
